Where is it applied & How does it work
Precision leveling machine is designed for the products with high flatness requirements. It is widely used in industrial field of mesh plate, metal sheet perforating, laser cut metal sheet, stamping metal plate, accessories for the electronics industry etc. It is suitable for different metal materials, different material widths & thickness ranges.
In the leveling process, the sheet metal part goes through a series of alternating bends which we called “Bauschinger effect”. The material is processing in such a way that the final result is flat and internal stress released, then the work-piece is in good condition that ready for the subsequent production steps such as welding, bending or folding etc.
