Two Structure Of Precision Leveler Machine
Precision leveling machine is composed of different structures, each component plays a different role. Below, Xinlijin Technology will introduce you the two structures of the precision leveling machine, which are the frame part and the roller part.
1. Frame part: The frame is the main body of the precision leveling machine, which is composed of a base, column and connecting beam, and is connected by 4 tensioning bolts to form a closed frame structure. The frame is a welded structure, which is annealed after welding to eliminate internal stress. The frame has sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure a small elastic deflection under heavy loads to meet the leveling needs of the metal plates.
2.Roll part: The roller part is the working part of the precision leveling machine, including the working roller and the supporting roller. The working roller material is 60CrMoV, the hardness of quenching and tempering treatment is HB286~HB321, the surface quenching hardness is HRC56~HRC63, the depth of the hardened layer is 6mm~10mm, the roughness is 0.8μm, and the dimensional tolerance reaches h6. In order to meet the stiffness requirements of the working roller, 3 rows of upper and lower support rollers are specially set up.
